A reduced amount, admittedly…just enough, really, to make me sad at how much it’s shrunk, and how much more it’s likely to shrink. There are several great stories in the current issue though; maybe the best is a discussion of the ways in which Barack Obama is indebted to Harold Washington, and how Chicago’s racial politics have and haven’t changed.
