  1. I found BBC Sherlock almost entirely unwatchable. I’m allergic to sociopathic know-it alls, which is obviously a personality failing, but there it is.

    I’ve watched Elementary for years. It’s one of my favorite shows, although there’s a couple of lousy arcs and one season almost entirely skippable. The friendship between Sherlock and Joan in the current season cheers me up about the world, and that’s good enough for me to keep watching, but there are also some other fun character/plot arcs.
